BEAVERTON, OREGON (August 1, 2005) - OnShore Software, announces a complete solution for faxing that combines the newly available Internet Faxing in Microsoft Office with OnShore-developed software that enhances and complements the basic Microsoft solution. Dubbed OnShore FaX, the total solution includes customizable outbound faxing capabilities, a unique inbound routing solution, The Routing Center, and the powerful IP Fax capabilities of Venali Inc.

At the desktop, OnShore FaX tightly integrates with Microsoft Office products, and enhances the Internet Fax capability in Outlook. Using OnShore FaX, a business can record additional information, connect to billing and document management systems, and have greater control over cover page formatting.

For inbound faxing, The Routing Center, provides the ability to use a central phone number for faxes, and uses an extremely user-friendly and efficient interface for operations' personnel to route faxes via email. Built on .NET and Exchange, and interfaced to Venali Internet Fax services, there are no additional servers required to implement this solution. Using The Routing Center, DID fax lines are eliminated and faxes can be checked for completeness and readability, without losing the ability to deliver them electronically.

Release

The complete OnShore FaX solution will be available in Q4 of 2005. The Routing Center is available today. OnShore FaX is built using Microsoft development technologies, including .NET, and supports Microsoft Office and Microsoft Exchange.
